The Bill (Reg. No6275) suggests the specification of the Law principles "On Agricultural Advisory Activity" that concern the defining of the relevant services, holding the register of advisory services, increase of the qualification of advisors and expert-advisors regarding the relevant questions etc.
In particular, as it was declared in the course of the Committee sitting, the effective Law is to be added by the principles according to which, the agricultural advisory service is defined as a structural subdivision of the agricultural educational establishment, scientific-research institutions.
